These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reels Editor, operated by Hydra Group - FZCO. By using the website or any editing tool, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of the service

Reels Editor is a free, browser-based video and image editing platform designed for short-form content workflows such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts. Features may include trimming, cropping, transitions, filters, audio tools, logo placement, and MP4 export.

The service is provided digitally through your web browser. No account registration is required for standard use. Media processing is intended to occur locally on your device; we do not operate the service as a cloud storage or file-hosting platform for your uploads.

We may update, add, or remove features at any time to improve the product or comply with technical or legal requirements.

Free service and advertising

Reels Editor is offered free of charge. The service is supported in part by advertising, including Google AdSense and Monetag. Ads may appear on pages of the site. Third-party advertisers may use cookies, service workers, or similar technologies subject to their own policies.

We do not charge fees for standard access to the editing tools described on the site. If we ever introduce paid features in the future, we will present pricing clearly before you choose to pay.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it to create, edit, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licences, or permissions for any video, image, audio, logo, or other material you process with the editor.

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security measures, scrape the service in a way that impairs performance, or use automated systems to abuse the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the files and content you edit. We do not claim ownership over your media. Because processing is designed to occur locally in your browser, you remain responsible for saving and backing up your exports.

Reels Editor is not responsible for user-generated content or for how you publish edited material on third-party platforms. Platform rules (for example, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube policies) are your responsibility.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that exports will meet every platform's technical requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Intellectual property

The Reels Editor name, branding, website design, documentation, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to Hydra Group - FZCO. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
