What is the difference between pixelate and blur?

Pixelate replaces detail with visible square blocks (mosaic censor). Blur softens detail with a smooth out-of-focus effect. Choose pixelate for obvious redaction; choose blur for subtle privacy.

Can I control how blocky the pixelation looks?

Yes. The intensity slider adjusts block size — lower values create finer pixels; higher values create larger mosaic squares.

Can I pixelate multiple areas in one image?
